For multi-user setups, I cannot believe that a company charges a *monthly fee* for usage of their software. This kind of business model has been tried and tested so many times over the decades, and always fails. Customers want to feel that they own their software, and that they will always have full access to their data. Unless they change their pricing model, I'm afraid they will continue to alienate many potential small business customers.
